Kill Points uncapped in BR Ranked?

I know this guy is like one of the king of whiners in Apex but is this true? Haven't really noticed it since I've played like 3 games of ranked this season.

edit: So people are having max RP without winning so they would let themselves get killed by the ring and repeat the next game. Not really a rank grinder. What do you think are the implications of this in rank? Did Respawn lack the communication of making this more clearer?

@hayhor Haha that's my problem with understanding it too, I just play pubs. You have a point though, and maybe that's more what he was referring to? This would only work for better players though. I didn't often max out KP when I used to play ranked, so I would still need to get my placement points. If I could get +195 or even +150 in a matter of the first few minutes though, I might be inclined to do the same! Although, at higher tiers, I would probably still want placement points to help offset the entry cost? I should probably jump into a little ranked sometime soon, to see how I like it these days

Didn't know I needed a Ph.d. in math in order to play Apex Legends ranked. 🤔

@hayhor if you get them given in the bug section of forums I saw a topic where RP did not apparently register for some players :D Maybe now SBMM decides on that too :P
