Literally 100% percent of my Arenas teammates are under level 5

Ran a fun test over the last week. Queued with my friend (we are both Masters players). The test involved exactly 100 matches. EVERY single one of those 100 games gave us a teammate under level 5. ...

@Nightstick24And mind you, I hate SBMM. I don’t want stricter SBMM that results in everyone winning the same.

But new players are the ONLY players that deserve special treatment. They need a safe space to learn. Im absolutely ok with experienced average players occasionally playing stronger players; but new players are different

@Axs5626Sxa5001 That is very odd. 100 games having a level 5 or lower seems it would be a 1 in a million chance of this happening. I play a lot of arena mode solo and in 100 games id estimate i have had maybe 15-20 games with a level 10 or below at that.

I believe solo queueing in Arenas is different than duo queueing. On the occasions where I solo queue, the teammates are far more varied. The algorithm is probably designed to try and “balance” the teams as best as possible (utilizing a hidden ELO).

Nevertheless I assure you that I actually got 100 sub-level 5 players. We saw the same players a few times, so it wasn’t 100 separate new players.

  Complain complain complain. Now you're precious Apex is dead due to even the servers being hacked. IT was already dead due to cheaters everywhere. This game got the instant death it had coming.

  @Axs5626Sxa5001 I even duo in there and still dont see the lower levels you do. I did it quite a long time last night and not a single person was level 10 or below out of 30 games.

    I know you’re currently a Pred so I would think that what you’re experiencing should be similar.
