I wish the skill based matchmaking in arenas was a little better too. I just picked up this game last week, And instead of spend 10-15 minutes looting to just get instantly taken out, I'm enjoying arenas, and it's really helping me with my firefights.
But i feel terrible ever few matches when i see a high level player because I'm probably letting them down, and I'm just tryna learn and there is no single player to play on the hardest difficulty before jumping in online to learn
As one of these low level players i apologize and agree with you on the other side. When i get a match of all new players it's great, but when I'm letting someone down it's discouraging but if i give up i won't get better.
