@BaldWraithSimp They are different things but I get why people confuse them.
@hayhorLoot boxes are gambling, no one is confused. Sure not at the big scale of casinos, but it is what it is

He gambles with slots and other things live on stream. This is different to me. He has even said on stream not to gamble because you will lose and get nothing. In a video game loot box you always get something. It may not be what you want tho.
Again I get why this is considering the same tho. I just don't view it as the same and I do both.@hayhorWell, however you word it 'surprise mechanics' or whatever it works on the same principle. Yes, you get something which could be worth nothing (most of time it is like that)
I do neither@Cheese9Man I don't watch him but he does gambling on stream.
