LOST MY CONTENT ON APEX
So 2 days ago i downloaded apex again for my ps4, i haven't played since 4 season... then when i first opened the game, they asked me to link my ps4 account with EA, so i linked and started the game.
When i first saw it was everything ok with my stats and my levels, but my weapon skins and my operators skins were ALL GONE. I contact the support but they said for me to wait a couple of days because it was reported that this was a issue with ps4 players... i waited but nothing happened. Did someone had this issued and could solve ?
It really doesn't make sense that my account is level 118 and i got NO weapons skins and NO banners or operators skins
Please someone help me!!! I JUST WANT MY STUFF BACK

Based on what you described that might have been what happened. The only way to recover the progress on the account would be to relink the platform account to the same EA Account where it was originally connected.
If it's been long enough you may be able to unlink the platform account from it's current EA Account and reconnect it with the original. If you had to unlink it because of an account issue, though, it may be best to get in touch with the EA Help team to see if they can help make sure everything is in order.For more info on how you can set up a case with the team check out the EA Help website.
