LOST MY CONTENT ON APEX
So 2 days ago i downloaded apex again for my ps4, i haven't played since 4 season... then when i first opened the game, they asked me to link my ps4 account with EA, so i linked and started the game....

Based on what you described that might have been what happened. The only way to recover the progress on the account would be to relink the platform account to the same EA Account where it was originally connected.
If it's been long enough you may be able to unlink the platform account from it's current EA Account and reconnect it with the original. If you had to unlink it because of an account issue, though, it may be best to get in touch with the EA Help team to see if they can help make sure everything is in order.For more info on how you can set up a case with the team check out the EA Help website.
