Lost progress known issue for my APEX LEGEND account
I was an old Apex veteran player, and I stopped playing on PS4 in 2022. Then I switched to PC and played with a new account before Cross-Progression. Then I bought a PS5, and when I log in back to my old PSN account that I used to play, my new account is reflected, not my old Apex account. I also had an EA Live chat with Jafer. He asked me to post in the forum in order to get help from the studio. Please help me with that issue. EA help 180901275. Case #180901275
