Low Gpu usage since season 22
i started playing from season 3 was using 1060 6gb till season 20 on 75hz so was playing on 75 locked fps in S21,i got 1660ti and 144hz monitor and was getting 144 fps on 1080p with 80-95% gpu usag...

I don't know if you have the same root cause to the problem I had but I experienced the same symptoms right around the time season 6 came when I also installed the latest nvidia driver.
Problem was my GPU's settings like power targets and temperature targets were all messed up. Because of that, my GPU would actually downclock to adhere to the low power and temp targets as soon as I load into a game, giving me much lower FPS. https://xender.vip/
I reloaded my last saved GPU setting profile in EVGA Precision X1(I have a slight over clock on my 3070) and it instantly fixed my issue.
But my GPU temps are great.I run my 1660 at 1850clock with 1.000V,it stays around 65° at max even at 99% use in AAA titles,but the issue is that as soon as I launch apex,my GPU gets underutilize.it drops to 50-60%.The games which I have tried are far cry 5,6,new dawn,primal,Assassins creed origins,Mirage,Valhalla, Odyssey,gow 2018,Ragnarok,bg1,bf5 and many others,no other game ever gave me this issue.Maybe apex now needs a 8 core processor even on 1080p.
