Make Sure You try out NEW STAR system before buying Battle Pass.

Guys, it takes a lot of works and much more time to level up BP now, it seems painfull grind. We ussually level up 12-15 level per week, let see how this work before you put your money in !

I found a YouTube video of early footage that shows off the battle pass and the challenges near the end. Here is the link:

What I saw is the following:

Daily Challenges:

1 star (3 total)
2 star (1 total)
3 star (1 total)
8 stars total per day
max 56 stars total per week from dailies or 5 levels plus 6 stars extra
all can be re-rolled except a 1 star for playing 2 games

Weekly Challenges:

2 star (3 total)
5 star (2 total)
full level (3 total)
max 4 levels plus 6 stars extra

So (unless my math is off) if you do all dailies for the week and all weeklies, you will get 10 levels on the battle pass plus 2 stars extra.

When you factor this in plus the 1 star per 10,000 XP, I think this is going to be as fast if not faster from a weekly perspective. However, it does seem to force players to play every day in order to get the same gains from before.

Also, not too impressed with the battle pass this time or the spread of items if this video is accurate. At this point I have to say I will pass on the pass lol.

I can see the daily challenge, you have chance to get 9-10 stars = 1 level per day.

  @ArchAngeL-PCX On weekly challenge, +1 level is pretty reasonable,
  but some of the star challenge is out of wack for the amount of effort/time compare to the rewards.

    I think they must adjust some of star challenge on weekly to be more reasonable.
    At the current state, it's gonna take very long time/effort just to get few stars. I can imagine new players gonna have a hard time doing it:

  @asukojo I think only the bottom 5 are the daily challenges. Those top 2 are the 1 star for 10,000 XP and 1 level per 10 star meters. Correct? So that's how I arrived at 8 stars per day.
  
  Like I said, it seems like this system drags out how many days per week you have to play in order to get the same results of past seasons.

    @ArchAngeL-PCX I was assuming you can keep get 1 star for every 10,000 points, there's NO daily limit.
    If they put daily limit, they really screw us up.

@ArchAngeL-PCX Actually I think the only thing I saw on the battle pass I want is the R9 skin which is very nice. I already have one I love tho so I'm unsure I'll buy this one either.

    @pastaclown Sad thing that useful posts like this don't get as much attention as some other 'cosplay' posts. Same with the posts criticizing the Halloween bundles.

  @hayhor I agree. The R-99 skin is good, but the one I got from Season 4 I really like. So no, I won't grind 100 levels for that skin lol.
  
  The Rampart sky dive emote is really good, but that's way up in the 90's. Pathfinder sky dive emote is great but that's around 68. I don't need the Wraith or Octane skins. I crafted Holo Sprays for all the characters I played in Season 6 as well as got the ones in the pass.
  
  That's another thing...I don't see any new items in this pass. So yeah...feeling like Season 5 which I skipped.
