Match Making Bug , playing with the same teammates over and over again EU

Match Making issue :
I am tired of playing with the same team for 3 games in a row! This has to stop, I am losing hard cause my teammates cannot do more than 100 dmg in the high plat, which is sad but it happens. Sometimes u lose, and sometimes u win, but getting the same teammate in 3 games in a row is very annoying and disturbing. I feel like the game wants me to lose so badly and it is a scam to spend more time and effort for no reason.I don't mind staying in the queue for a longer period of time, as long as the matchmaking is good. Please fix this, check my matchmaking history and you will see that I am telling the truth. I feel like uninstalling the game. Ty for reading this.
