Mirage is less viable in solos than trios.
Well would you look at the time!
TIME FOR A #BUFFMIRAGE POST!!!
So, anyway, I saw the usual people complaining that apex is a team game with team based abilities and team based mechanics. (Aka I want solos)
And it got me thinking: Mirage would still be trash in solos. Probably even worse. Now, I know what you're thinking: Crazy, do you think Mirage every second of your life?
The answer is: Yes. Yes I do.
But anyway, here's my main point:
Mirages decoy - Still about as likely to fool someone as a giant pink rabbit would be able to hid inside my house. And my house is small. There is a chance it hides where I can't see it, but eventually I would see the giant hole in my roof. And also the rabbit. My point is, the decoy would be even more suspicious, as it looks like two players teaming. 'Just send it out from behind a wall' There are 60 players, even if I fool 1, there will be a minimum of at least 10 who turn around and shoot me because I even pressed the decoy button.
Mirage's passive - Do I even have to explain this one. It only works with a gold body shield, and even then, he is only invisible for five seconds, the syringe sounds like my blender, and they would see that I am knocked, not killed. Still useless.
Mirage's ultimate - Yay! You send out a bunch of decoys, who then let the 8 enemies in the area know that there is an invisible mirage in the area. You use your invisibility to get to the nearest house, which is occupied by a caustic completing battle pass challenges, and you die. Even if you med up, you still suffer from the twelve thousand people watching you with thier skill rifles, ready to destroy your beautiful face.
