Mitage does NOT need a buff. He can use his passive almost instantly each time and his Ultimate is usable within 1 minute of landing, faster than any other legend I believe. If you ask me, I believe he needs a nerf. Make his ultimate usable in the same time frame as everyone else.
Found the person who can't tell clone movements from a real person.
Same kind of people who complain about Mesmers in GW2.

@DrWizardo I don’t think creating new objects would be a good addition to his kit, seems to OP, Traping existing items seemed like the best version of that to me. Also creating fake loot is never good 😵💫.
