Missing Apex coins - now I cant submit a case?
I purchased Apex coins via Steam, and apparently as I was doing so, there some log-in / server issues with Apex. I do not know if this was limited to steam - but regardless, when I purchased them my game froze and I had to force close a few minutes later (It had made it back to main menu and did not sit on processing) The funds were taken from my Steam Wallet and my steam account shows the purchase went through correctly.
When I finally got back on hours later, my coins were not there. I submitted a ticket, but it keeps saying "waiting on player" and asks me to resume my ticket. When I do, it asks again, in an infinite loop. So now I'm stuck missing coins, can't submit a ticket, and I don't know what to do. I waited multiple hours, reset my game, I even updated my drivers (not because of this, but they needed them and hey, I tried everything)

I've moved your post over to our General Discussion boards here.When purchasing Apex Coins via Steam, it's necessary to start the game once via the EA app for the purchase to get synchronized with our servers. I know it's a bit annoying but please install Apex Legends again on the EA app and once you log into the game from there, the Coins should show up. Afterwards, you can launch the game via Steam again and your Coins should show up there too.
