Purchased and redeemed a code for apex coins off of amazon from the EA seller. Waited 24 hours and opened apex through the EA app. Restarted PC. They have stolen my money and every case they say Amazon has to fix it when EA PROVIDES THE CODES. I want the coins or my money back.
I have made multiple cases where my redeemed code has not given me my coins. I have done all the troubleshooting steps and made multiple cases where they blame Amazon. I want my coins or money back. Logging out restarting through EA app does nothing.

I've moved and merged your threads here as you were posting in the wrong corner and doubleposting.
When you buy codes off of Amazon, who are a third party retailer, then only they can deal with the issue. They sold you the codes and if the EA Support is saying that they cannot help, then the issue lies with Amazon and the codes they sold you.
Please contact Amazon about this issue.
@KurisuK36 Okay two sides to this, (one side is to explain EA support's response).
1) If the code was bought but not received, (as in you're still waiting for the code from Amazon), then yes, EA support can't help you with it. You'll have to contact Amazon about it since the purchase wasn't through the game, and thus can't be looked into by EA support.
2) If the code was bought, received, then redeemed, but the coins weren't added to your account, then EA support should be able to help you with it.
I think the reason why they had "blamed Amazon", was because the agent had thought you were still waiting on the code. Try telling EA support that the coins weren't received yet and have them look into the code not working. Even though the codes are from EA/Respawn, the codes are randomly generated, so EA support can't do much about the code itself. However, I'm hoping EA support can see that you had redeemed a code recently and that the coins weren't added.
Hi I did contact Amazon they’re saying there’s nothing they can do. I already redeemed the code opened apex through EA App after 24 hours and I still haven’t received any coins.
All the advisors keep saying contact Amazon even though I redeemed the code already it’s been a day and I’m not seeing anything through EA App apex wallet.
Multiple advisors are saying they can’t do anything about the code I successfully redeemed and the lack of coins showing up.
@KurisuK36 Did Apex actually showed a prompt saying the coins was added, but that was it? If that was the case, then EA support should be able to resolve it.
If you didn't get a prompt in-game saying the coins was received, check the code and make sure it was typed in correctly, (you could try typing it in again as well).
Overall since the code was redeemed, refunding it through Amazon might lead to the account being banned.
I succesfully redeemed through https://www.ea.com/redeem. I also had an advisor say he could see I successfully redeemed the code. They refuse to fix my account.
In game I got no prompt.
I just find it silly that EA can distribute codes that don’t work and Amazon can not issue replacements or refunds. Can’t somebody at EA fix my account?
