Missing Skins and Heirlooms after unlinking

Why did I lose all my skins and heirlooms on apex after unlinking an email with EA and why does it say i have to wait 6 months to re link it?? (CM: Edited to update thread title to match topic)

    Hi @katmallainious,

    Ok, thanks for clearing things up. What it sounds like has happened is you've unlinked the EA account that your EA game saves are stored on and connected up a new EA account. As your EA game saves are stored on the EA account, not the device, your in-game progress will not transfer over when you change out the EA accounts. 

    The good news is linking back up your original EA account with the Apex game saves on it may restore the content:

    However, that won't be possible for a while. You mentioned that you've already linked up a new EA account (under the new email). To relink your older EA account and recover what game saves you can, you'll need to unlink your new EA account from your console.
