Dude I was playing apex in a middle of a match I was booted to the main menu and said I was banned for absolutely no reason what’s so ever I made a case the first time to unbanned and I was denied a few days later. So I made a another case this time called tech support which made me more mad Bc they can’t do nothing about but I told her my story of what happen and she'd understand and writer down feedback for the tos team and escalated the problem but a day pass and I got email from tos saying their actions were correct and gonna keep me banned now I’m frustrated Bc I never cheated in my life I spent so much time on that account and money as well THIS IS NOT FAIR at all. So I made a third case anyways Bc I want my voice to be heard to prove my innocence Bc this is uncalled for and for them to banned me with lack of exclamation of the situation of HOW not fair so I’m gonna keep fighting for my account I did no wrong, I was just playing a game casually please somebody ANYBODY help for resources I am innocent.

Ultimately the TOS team has the final say in these matters as they're the ones able to look through our records and the account activity to see what happened at the time.

We're not able to look into this on the forums.

You would need to appeal this by creating a case with an advisor to have the Terms of Service team investigate, which you've already done.

At this point you've done what you can and I see that case has already been passed along to the TOS team, so you'll just need to wait to hear back from them.

@EA_Mako plz give em my feedback I believe I was in a hacker server and I was instant banned like what’s going on with shivfps please give them my feedback I turn on 2 step and I change my password is there anything else I can do to prove my innocence?

@R0GUE-l7 Their decisions are based on what can be verified in our own records, so in that regard there's nothing else you would need to provide.

@R0GUE-l7 I got falsely banned. I appealed TOS initially (before I even got an email). Got Denied. Made a 2nd - got denied.. 3rd and on its been - were not going to unban you, instant responses. Best I can suggest is keep trying, but so far there is a group of us, all in the same boat. ☹️

@EA_Mako @BinkDeBook @BinkDeBook EA Help said my ban was direct from Respawn on 4/26. Is that EAC? I have reached out to some Respawn developers using LinkedIn in-mail and also to Respawn on Twitter. EA Help tried to hi-jack the Twitter convo..

Whatever this is, it appears to not be straight forward hacking. I think they owe it to their customers to look into these requests.

The Terms of Service team is the one that's able to look into account bans. They'll have full access to all records necessary to check into the account access and activity to make a determination on what happened.

If they've already reviewed multiple appeals and have decided not to remove the ban, I'm afraid we won't be able to assist further.
