I've never used a gyro controller. What exactly does it do for aiming? How does it feel different from a normal controller. Does it make things any easier or make aiming feel more natural, less clunky? Is it the next big thing that mnk pc players will complain about like they do now about aim assist?
Its 100% natural way to play, you need normal dualsense controller and you don’t need aim assist, it is similar to mouse control, in mouse control if you want to look left you move the mouse to the left, in gyro aiming if you want to look left you turn your controller to the left, its like holding a gun in real life (the controller is the gun in this case) if you want to look up you aim the controller up (you don’t move your arms up to bring the controller up no just aim the controller up) and same with all other directions. For me and a lot of people it feels more natural and easier than sticks. We want gyro to be added in Apex Legends on PS5 as optional aiming choice same as Apex Legends Nintendo Switch version or Warzone or Fortnite… extra, it’s not gonna replace sticks aiming or anything. I never heard any pc player complain about gyro aiming because to them it’s natural and still inferior to mouse and keyboard.
