Multiple problems after the genesis update, game is unplayable (literally)

I've been having issues since the genesis update launched, i cant even be in the menu without being disconected from the server, i've contacted support multiple times and tried things such as : -uni...

well...i tried turning off "sleep" mode and somehow the memory usage went even further beyond ( more than 2,900,0MB now ) 

and yes, apex is the only game that this happens on, its frustrating since i bought the battle pass and wanted to complete it but i have no idea what i could do anymore.

@Starblue05 Make sure Apex has an exception in your anti-virus. Also, you may want to try right clicking and using "Run as Administrator" when you launch Apex or Origin.

Those are the only things I can think of. I know how frustrating it is to have those connection problems constantly, so I hope you get it fixed without problems!
