My account was banned for no reason and when I tried to email I got this back

ive tried everything and I don’t want a ban because I have no idea what I did. I have put so much money into the Origin side of EA and this is just so redundant.

please unban my account

They can look into this situation and review the sanctions on the account.

Unfortunately, we can't assist further with account bans on AHQ.
But you should have received an mail regarding the ban.

Hello , My entire EA account also banned and no one tell why . I played APEX Legends on 10 November for last time on the next day my account was gone , my BAN history say that my account is banned month early (on 11-october ) ....HOW?
I open few tickets also contact live chat support and nothing , they always send to me " check User Agreement " ... on top of that , my friends send me pictures , every day some Chinese guy play with my account ? i purchase coins and EA PLAY PRO subscription i the past few months. how such an attitude towards customers is possible

@jumanjaydazed You can even queue up you load into the game then you get kicked out with a message.

Same thing happened to me, no info at all. If something is triggering the anti-cheat I'd like to know before I get banned from other games but right now you get no info so no way to appeal.
