Hi @Hippo_QvQ,
I'm afraid we wouldn't be able to help you out with that on Answers HQ. Our Terms of Service (ToS) team handles Sanctions and Bans on accounts though. You would need to reach out to them to have a ban or suspension looked into. This Guide and FAQ will help with reaching out to them: EA Bans and Suspensions - How they work and how to get in contact with us
They'll get back to you via the email noreply@ea.com so do be sure to keep an eye on your email inbox (and spam/junk folders...sometimes the emails can be routed through to there).

EA will ban any account with suspecious background program, even if that program does not have any relationship with apex legends.
I've been play the game since beta version and I spend over 2K usd on my account, still met the similiar issue. But EA does not care what you did, they just look at their dashboard and says, oh, the anticheat system found another background software that we don't know, so we should ban him.
Well if this over-strict policy does stops cheating I will say my 2K usd worthy. However if you create a new account now and play a few games then you will realize that anticheat actually did nothing. you will still see cheaters in each game, moreover, the anticheat system can't even stop advertisement bots.
So it's just silly idea that only hurts the real apex lovers...
