My Account was hacked and I don't think there is anything I can do about.

This definitely sounds like a tricky situation if your EA Account has been hacked and also you no longer have access to the email that was being used even prior to the hack.

When restoring a hacked account we would typically look to revert any changes to the account information as well, as we can see what was changed during a hack.

Not having access to that original email complicates things a bit, but is not impossible to work through. That does mean, however, that we'd need to be able to verify other information on the account to prove ownership before any changes can be made.

While you wouldn't have to verify every single question asked, if they're unable to match enough of the answers you're providing with the information originally registered to the account, we won't be able to make any changes.

This is not something we're able to do via the forums I'm afraid, so the only way to get this cleared up will be by attempting to verify the account information with an advisor again.
