My account was permanently banned by hacking, please help me.

Hello, I am an APEX Chinese player, since the fourth season, I played more or less 2 hours, but on 000/2023/6, my account was hacked and banned, I have been asking for help through eahelp, but it is useless, the online contact cannot be opened. I'm about to crash, I'm playing Apex through the Steam platform myself, but the hacker chews the game through my source account, my email doesn't receive any verification message, my friend just happens to be playing apex, he asked me why don't I ask him to play together, I didn't have time to leave work at that time, I know that when I came home from work, I found that my mailbox received a permanently banned email, contact through EA help email has been unable to solve Please help me!!

    Hi @Hz_Krystal

    I'm sorry, you're on the community boards; Answers HQ. We aren't able to help with bans here. It sounds like you're looking for the Terms of Service team. They can review any ban/suspensions on the account for you if you think there's been a mix-up with the ban and they'll lift it if the investigation confirms no rules were broken. To reach them, please fill out the webform.

    Hi @Hz_Krystal

    The support team won't be able to help you with a ban, but our Terms of Service team can look into it for you.

    You need to fill out the webform. In the link I shared it shares this:

      • Need help finding your mobile User ID? Learn how to find your ID for the mobile games you play.
    • Email address that's on your locked, banned, or suspended EA Account.
      • If you're playing a mobile game, your email address may not be linked to it. Email us using an email address that's linked to an EA Account so you can get more information.
    • Detailed info that includes any error or notification messages that you saw.
      • Tell us what’s going on and why we need to take another look at the action that we took on your account.


    If you follow those steps, the case will go through to the Terms of Service team and they'll get back to you by email from noreply@ea.com when they finished investigating it for you.
