My ban has been lifted, but I still can't play games

Hello, thank you for checking my question. In MY BAN HISTORY of EA HELP, I saw that the ban on my account has been overturned, but I still can't play apex, I don't know. I think maybe it's the server...

I'm sorry, we can't look into this for you from the forums but our support team can take a look at the account and see what might be happening there. You can reach the EA Help support team using one of these channels:

    I understand this, but I sent 40+arguments to your team. All I received were automatic replies. They didn't look at my questions at all. I found the chat customer service, and they told me that my last argument was two months ago, which means that the team did not check my appeals
