I can understand how frustrating EA help can be at times.

One thing that you could do for the future is enable voice to text to capture the voice chat as text in game and then report in game.

Be aware that this will also send your voice as text to the others as well.

Yes it is pretty clever.

It does not work perfectly but it is better than nothing and so so many people think that they are so clever that they think voice cannot be detected and reported on so they try to get away with more than they should.
