@Pluhgins Run Caustic for 150 straight kills and see how difficult he actually is to use, he is very easy to avoid and in a open field he is by far the most disadvantaged Legend in the game. Compare him to Gibby and buffing Caustic would be laughable, he is almost falling behind other legends who are receiving Buffs.
