@WreckingViAbsolutely hate this map and how easy it is to 3rd party. Didn't even bother playing a single ranked game in it but I can see a lot of people disagreeing with us since some people love this map.
@WreckingViCompletely disagree, KC Is where a lot of players learned the game. It has less open spaces than Olympus which is the Snipers Alley. KC has a lot of great cover, it is about movement and awareness.
Think about how you move around the map, how much noise your making, are you leaving yourself exposed whilst trying to do damage, leaving yourself open for the shot, are you static to the area your are fighting from? Mix up the attack, not just stand and shoot, Try things like Shoot, cover, rotate, shoot. Or shoot, grenade, advance, shoot. Or grenade, press, shoot. Snipers can only hit open and predictable targets. Pay attention to where teams drop and have an awareness to their possible rotation as the game develops, this will prevent you being surprised by a team.
3 v 3 rarely happens on KC, it is the 3rd, 4th, 5th to 8th (it has happened) partied zone. People will always look for easy kills. If you are taking too long in a fight, understand that others are coming, quit the fight and rotate to avoid being wiped out or sniped.KC is awesome, like seeing an old friend, all you need is a little awareness and to resist the urge to just charge gunfire like an ADHD raddled child.
Just take note of where the circle is closing and avoid choke points that you KNOW are gonna force 5 squads together, rotate in behind and mop up.
Most deaths are just complete lack of strat, christ i won one yesterday without firing a bullet in the last 3 minutes as the other two teams were so busy gunning they both died to zone........ now that IS garbage.
If your charging across an open field with the blue at your back and snipers in front its because you lack the forsight to disengage and rotate and thats on you. I personally havent noticed an over abundance of snipers and if there are they always head for any high vantage point so you kow where they are anyway.
What your saying is you dont like KC because your one strat of running and gunning anything that moves doesnt work.
- @SquishyVader tell all that to all Longbow users lol Majority of Preds hate this map to a degree. and it is never about attention, it is about sounds and no, it doesn't have covers.
- @dougieee so it looks like, top dogs that won ALGS that hate KC ranked also lack knowledge n attention?
KC has the best POI distribution out of all map. Olympus is horrendously unbalance with garbage loot everywhere outside some massive hotdrop with the most broken POI is the turbine because it connect the entire map which turn it into a massive slaughter house/meat grinder. WE is a waste of time because half the lobby always land fragment so they can become the next faide or timmy or whoever can get the view on twitch. You complain about sniping in KC and yet in Japan, at least in gold you can't walk 5 meters outside without getting beamed by 10 squad with charge rifle
- @KissYourHomieUwU It has the best POI distribution but people still drop at the first POI they see. I can say the same for the Olympus. I like WE the most but we all know what's up with Fragment. 😢
- @WreckingVi I love KC, though I only play pubs.
Pros hate the map due to size. Less safe drop locations. People are closer to 3rd party. It is a lot more stressful for them. - @dougieee There is truth in this for every map tbf. KC you simply don't rotate through caves or through the bottom of bunker. Or run through the ravine below cage.
- @hayhor biggest problem is, you shoot your gun once, everyone will know your location lol
