New legends idea: Scorpio (The master assassin)

Name: Ali Mahmoud 

Nickname: Master assassin of the desert (also a member of the rebellious beast cult)

Backstory: Being raised in the harsh conditions of the Outland desert. Abo Hussian seek blood and vengeance on those who rejected the mark of the beast and worked with the invaders of the land. He is now on a blood path to mark and eliminate everyone working with the syndicate. 

Inspiration: Old Revenant appearance and abilities 

Scorpio abilities:

Passive: Assassins creed

(Basically a modified version of Revenant passive) Scorpio can climb very fast indefinitely and can cling to walls and leap between them while doing so. Can use cursed knife while clung.

Tactical: Cursed knife

Throw a knife that briefly mark and disable all enemies abilities in an area. Direct hit on an enemy deals 40 damage.

Ultimate: Infection

Place a device that slows and weaken all enemies in an area for a limited time. Weaken enemies take slightly more damage. The device is destroyed after receiving damage or after the timer runs out.
