No Response from Ban Dispute

When you check the case status using the link above, what does it say?

    @EA_Pulsar, your provided link asks for a case ID, but I haven't received it. So I have to log in and go to my cases, and it says You currently do not have any cases with us.
    The only response I had in the past two months was the prompt after submitting my case, saying an advisor would contact me soon, and that's it.
