@Pulvertomten There's a difference between Casual Player and Bad Player
I play this game casually(2-3 games a day sometimes 5 games if I really wanna do the daily and I struggled, other days I would skip if I don't feel like playing it) Don't get me wrong I'm not saying they have a perfect matchmaking system(hell I want them to change it too) but saying "No room for the casual player" is just wrong. You can still play this game casually but you gotta learn to shrug it off when you lose to players that are better than you and are willing to put in more time and effort to get better at the game. Not to mention they're in the same boat as you, a lot of them complain how they can't play this game casually cause they're being put into the same lobby as their fellow Master/Pred players just like in ranked and they want matchmaking to just be random.

Bad and casual are not synonymous.
