Not Getting Master Reward

Question

I didn't make it to master in first split but did in the second. Now that I did, I didn't get the purple trail but got the frame, also I don't think I got the batch.

Do I have to wait till the end of the season or it's a bug?

@Oluwakejimi Ranked rewards are given out at the end of the season. Has the 2nd split even started?

@Oluwakejimi You talking about season 13? If yes, contact support if they can help you. If your next question is Respawn is aware of this problem then the answer is yes it's in their list of bugs that's being worked on. Good luck.
