I think you are missing the $25 that comes without 60 packs.
But, you know what? That's still the price of an entire video game.
Skins should cost $1. For a premium and very popular game like Fortnite, like $3, if they do a star wars or marvel thing. And obviously, we are a long way from that.
@KelRiever Finally someone who can correctly value a piece of cosmetic in a video game. I have only bought a cosmetic pack for two games ever. Friday the 13th, where you got a Halloween outfit (in three different colours), for EVERY character in the game, for like 2.5 euros. And 3 packs for Conan, where the cosmetics also have properties within the game beyond just looking nice.
Am I ever gonna buy an Apex skin at these hilarious prices? When the skin doesn't even give you higher armour value in the game, have a resale value, or whatever? No.
For the life of me, I cannot understand how they earn so much money on this business model. It must mean that alot of people pay 2500 coins for these things. 😯
