Octane Red Shift skin

hey there!

i just want to know when exactly octane red shift skin will be back again? i've been waiting like for ages to get it! and i didn't get it the first time it came out like 6 months agao because i wasn't playing the game. i'm just wodreing if it will be back soon.  thanks
