Opinion: does it feel jaggy

So... I played Apex today for first time in... a couple of weeks I think(?) after I’ve been playing other games. 

So... this happend last time too when I started playing DOOM Eternal and went to switch to Apex for comparison but the movements felt so ‘late’ and clunky but I just blamed it on DOOM being so smooth. 

Now I played it and it still felt so yucky... looking around didn’t feel smooth, shooting didn’t feel as tho all bullets hit... is it just me or what?
