One Legend per season seems kind of lackluster. I understand you add one at a time to not drastically change the balance of the game....... trust me....Crypto didn't add anything to the game. Argue...

Take a long time to develop the story, character, abilities, balancing it, fine tune it, create trailer for it (top notch), and let player understood how to play and fit into the meta.
One legends per season is reasonable pace. Two is is pushing it ...but since season 3 is 4 months, maybe we can have it for new year 2020 ?
