Of the reworks and changes we've seen, Revenant stands out to me as one that continues to have discussions pop up about his old kit. It's definitely been more of a drastic change in playstyle than some others.
What I don't see as often is someone that's clearly connected to a character on the level you have here, and I really appreciate you sharing what made his old kit special to you! It's always nice to see when a hobby we all share has a personal impact and really strikes home for someone.
While you may feel like you're just looking at a reflection of what Rev used to be, you're certainly not alone (I can't begin to count how many times I killed my own death totem.... sorry team) - I still run the old stat trackers to commemorate my silence knockdowns and totem activations.

my first intro to Apex was Season 2 where i used Path... i thought i was just bad at the game so i left. but as life goes and curiosity flows, i came back just in time for the Season 4 update, and you guys really did something special when you made Revenant; i truly appreciate you for him.
this may just be a dream, but if i come on one day and get hit by a silencer during a sweaty, straight out of the drop ship, battle... i think my reaction would be audible hahaha
