Please EA! I was the victim!

My apex account had been banned permanently 6 months ago, and I have quitted the game after I got banned. I tried talking to EA officials about my innocence twice but both been rejected. Recently my boy recalls this painful memory for me, and with much sorrow, I’m here to tell the whole story. I was a big fan of apex initially, being a college student in china, I almost devoted all my leisure time and money into apex, which literally means everything to me during my school life. Being an introvert individual I barely have friends, but I did enjoy friendship and collaboration in apex legends, which was one of the reasons why I cherish the game so much. I practice my shootings during daytime and play ranks with my brother during the night. It was a set of beautiful memories, however, the new semester separated me from the game. Getting closer to my graduation, i spent days writing essay and studying projects, which forced me to temporarily leave the game, but then, my nightmare occurred. Someone stole my account and cheated without any conscience, I was totally unaware of this as I promised myself to focus on my study. Then, three month later, when I opened my game again, I found that my account has been banned forever. Literally, tears swept through me like a tidal wave, I can’t help crying for a long time. After calming myself down, i employed someone to talk to ea for me, but like I just said, ea rejected me twice and closed the case permanently. I suddenly loss my heart, the pain of depriving the game from me was enormous. Hopefully ea can see this, yes, i admitted that there has been cheating under my account, but it wasn’t me! I was totally unaware of everything happening in those months, I was the victim! Please bring me justice ea!
