I think this has to be the most annoying thing in apex that toxic enemies do. I don't mind getting finished but the consistent flashing light with the sound effect when spamming the finisher is really annoying. What do you guys do when this happens? Just quit the game? I hope there's a way they can't spam like a 5 second interval.

I will admit, I don't care for a lot of this stuff. Finisher spamming. Revive spamming. At the end of a BR match, one team will watch someone partly self Rez, just to kill them. I even saw this one clip on Twitter where an Octane waited for his pad to be ready, and threw the Rezzing enemy off a cliff. Or, you'll have people in Arena 3v1 someone and T bag them every round.
I don't know, it all just seems a little... Childish, I guess? I get some who play this game are literally children. But, I just don't get the point of it. Especially, as a grown adult. A lot of it is just immature and unsportsmanlike.
As for what I do about it? Well, I dont participate in a lot of it, for one. If I use a finisher, it's with the intent of finishing the person (only cancelling if I need to). And when I see clips like that Octane one, I usually comment like I do here (ie, I don't find it funny and all that).
But, in the end, people will do what they want to do. And unless it's a reportable offense (don't know if it is or not), it'll keep happening. Sadly, it's part of the online multiplayer "experience" (though not a part of it I enjoy on either side, to be honest).
Back when I was a sweaty tryhard Wraith die-hard main I'd spam her Into the Light finisher, just punching over and over and over and over...
@Cheese9Man The one hurt is all 3 of them taking a turn finishing you while you desperately spanning "enemy is here" but your team mate is no where to be around.

BH finisher with knife stab hurt the most.
@asukojo I'd be more mad at my teammate in that situation. I always rush to save a downed teammate unless he died in a stupid spot. If they spam their finisher on my mate it'll only help me save them.
It's toxic behavior but if the enemy can spam finishers its because your teammates are selfish/idiots or you died in a stupid way... Or you're the last one alive with a gold knockdown shield.
