Can someone please answer me these:
- If someone plays only with others of his level and above, doesn't this mean that those at the above level play with people that are below?
- If everyone wants to chill, why is everyone sweating?
- How can a player get teamed up with others of similar level without skill based matchmaking?
- If a player keeps getting beaten up, doesn't this make his skill level diminish after a while, putting him in a lower skill bracket after a while?

It doesn’t apply to noobs tho, they’re in a bracket by themselves, bubble wrapped, and safe from the big meanie pub stompers.
But yes, I regularly get stomped on by pred and diamond players because I fall in that above skill bracket, but I mean it’s ok, cause I don’t generate as much dollars as the coveted noobs.Here are some more generic questioning, do any of you know for certain, as to why SBMM was introduced, or seriously tweaked at the end of season 2? Do any of you know what is taken into account, for certain, for said SBMM to match players together?
And please, can someone here give a definite answer as to why Apex Legends needs a rank mode, and a "casual" rank mode.
Maybe a simple solution is to offer more game modes and appease to the entire player base?
- @Gabrielmojo26 Are you pred / diamond? If so, why do you get stomped? If you are average, then why do you get matched with high level players? If pub stomping is possible even with SBMM, why are high level players still complaining? If you keep getting stomped, aren't you going to get in the noob bracket soon?
@DoYaSeeMeAll valid questions, to which I don't have answers, but would very much like for Respawn to address eventually.
I just turned Diamond not too long ago, but that's mostly cause I never played ranked before mid season 2.
Is that how SBMM actually works? Is it based off my plummeting KD, is it based off my rank, I can't revert my wins, I can't revert my time played on this game, maybe I shouldn't revive anyone anymore, or empty all my rounds in a wall somewhere on the map, would that change anything? lolol
