QOL - Mirage Changes - Why the nerf?

Mirage is already in an interesting state.  He needs a buff to be more competitive.  

On one side you fixed his bug (hopefully).

On the other side you nerfed him -  the decoys no longer mimic finishers is a nerf.  Some would say the revivals not mimicing is also a nerf.

Why can’t we just receive buffs for our guy without nerfs every time.
