R-99 Is not balanced by any means

Ok, I know everyone seems to love this gun, however, I've come to the conclusion this gun is absolutely not balanced. You can lie all you want about it being a skilled gun but it has no recoil. The R-99 outperforms the R301 at the range. Go into the firing range and 1v1 someone with both guns. Tell me how that turns out for you. You'll probably assume that you can win at range with the R301, but then you'll find that the insane movement speed the R-99 has paired with the lowest recoil in the game besides the R301 allows you to deal 100 damage on the enemy before they've fired one bullet at you. But let's get to the point. I understand it can be complicated to get balance correctly and I can't tell respawn how much I appreciate them finally fixing wraiths tiny hitbox, however, the R-99 had plagued the game from the beginning. You see without SBMM the R-99 might have been an ok weapon but with it, we are forced to use the best guns available or to lose. The problem with that is the R-99 outclasses every gun in the game. You may say it only has 27 bullets, however, the reload is among the fastest there is. I mean honestly. What gun competes with it. It's in a class of its own. The flatline has no purpose. nor does the havoc or the LSTAR. Every gun is beat in the respective range they should win in by the R-99. True it is hard to one clip someone with the R-99 at range, but that isn't the issue. The issue is this gun easily deals sniper level damage at range in the blink of an eye. The problem is it has the best stats of any gun in the game. And that has never changed from the beginning. No metta has ever challenged this gun. It's always been the best, even when the havoc was still a useable gun. (Now useless). I would love to be able to use other weapons but when a team of enemies all using the same gun that has no recoil, the fastest TTK in the game, The best movement speed, the best ads speed, the second-best reload speed, the fastest fire rate in the game, the second-best range of any automatic gun in the game all rush me at once using this monstrosity of a weapon; how can I be expected to win:??? No gun challenges the R-99. It's the only gun anybody uses. PLEASE LOOK AT THE DATA (IT IS THE ONLY AUTOMATIC PEOPLE ARE USING). If they are not using it it's because they haven't acquired one. Even the worst players in the game know this gun is insane. Please look into this. This gun is ruining the game. NO GUN COMPETES WITH IT. 

Yeah, feel free to challenge this but keep in mind I'm also at the highest elo of SBMM. Everyone in my lobbies runs this gun. It cannot be beaten. if I had a solution it would be to remove the barrel stabilizer from this weapon. This smg is fine at closer ranges the issue lies in the fact that it lazers at the range for way to much damage. It takes no skill to deal 150 damage to someone with this gun in the blink of an eye at 100 feet away. In any other game, this gun would have been dealt with long ago. It does not belong in the meta of this game. It makes every other weapon absolutely useless. Yes, the Volt is similar but the volt doesn't have the reliability at range the R-99 has. That's what balances the volt. The R-99 has the majority of bests stat-wise in the game. Please respawn fix this weapon. It ruins the meta of the game.

P.S Been playing since the third day of release. Never has the R-99 not been the best gun in the game and that just makes this game so boring. The only weapon that can beat it is the mastiff and volt. Nothing else compares to its destruction. Begging u respawn fix this weapon. It's broken and always has been. Just because the community likes it does not mean it's not broken. The data says this gun is overused. PLEASE FIX IT GOOD SIRS AND MAMS OF RESPAWN.
