I feel like ramparts fundamental flaw is the way other players interact with her, chiefly in solo queues.
You can set up the perfect spot , defensible, clear lines of sight perfectly situated cover, ring advantage....you name it. It'll just go to waste because your team can't stay still for more than 12 seconds lol.

@MandatoryIDtag She is decent if your team will play into her strengths. It’s the same with Wattson and even Caustic.
I won’t try and push a camped defensive legend unless there is a legend on our team to counter it.
I love playing as Wattson, but it’s extremely frustrating when my teammates leave areas I’ve fortified. We get into a fight i throw down ult, they push forward instead of wait for the enemy to push us. Similar stuff happens with caustic and ramp.

@DarthValtrexExactly, its always been my main criticism with static legends. Caustic used to be the exception to the rule as he was more versatile but respawn did a mighty fine job of ruining him lol.
Undoubtedly they're strong legends when you have a cooperative team. You just rarely find that queueing solo.
