Random question about recoil control

So I have a random question about recoil control. I have been playing this game since it came out and I play a lot. So I have had a lot of time to practice on recoil control. And my recoil control is fairly accurate. My crosshairs don’t really move much even when shooting  an R99.

my question is, I watch a lot of these gamers online that play on Xbox, PS4 and PC and the majority of those players that have twitch accounts and stream, their crosshairs don’t move at all. Not even a hair. I have actually slowed down the videos of a lot of them shooting and their crosshairs don’t move at all. How did they do that? Because even with muscle memory, being young and having fine-tuned motor skills it is physically impossible to shoot and have your cross hair not move at all. That just tells me that there is some thing they are doing or some kind of aftermarket electronic control they are using that does not allow their crosshairs to move.

now with that said about 10% of the people I watch their crosshairs move a little, even a few pixels which tells me that they are using a controller or mouse and just have really good muscle memory. But what about the 90% of the other streamers that their crosshairs don’t move at all and show no recoil even in the slightest if you slow down the video to 1/100 of a second?

  • @drewblueeye333 A lot of streamers have perfected recoil. The legit ones you will eventually see movement. But there are people who use norecoil cheats too. It can be hard to tell a difference. Guns that have a more random horizontal recoil are the ones you can usually tell someone is cheating. Their guns still do not move.
  • @drewblueeye333 Most of them have something extra to help make their gameplay easier and attract viewers and players to the game. I noticed the same thing as you did and that is the only conclusion I could come up with.
  • @drewblueeye333It's hard to say because we don't know who you're talking about in terms of streamers or content creators. Don't name people you think are cheating, it would violate the AHQ rules.

But some of the legit players are Itemp Plays, Tollis, Ragtag and so on.

Do some streamers cheat? I'm sure they do. They will eventually get caught.

Seeing some recoil movement does not mean they are not cheating. The strike pack recoil control still shows some movement. It just makes it so minimal that recoil is not enough to make them miss shots.

I would not use any of it. If you get caught, it won't just be your account that gets banned, it will be your hardware.

As @hayhor said, legit recoil control tends to show movement with guns like the Havoc. People rarely use it, so when they pick it up they tend to get some movement. The other thing that makes me suspicious are when they are firing the 99 at mid ranges and not getting any movement. It's one thing to control the 99 movement in CQC it's entirely different to shot that gun at a target 50m out and still get 0 movement while tracking the target.

  • My philosophy is : If something is too good, its usually false. If you see somebody jumping and shooting like he is playing doom, its cheat in 98.7 %

  • @Srksii''If you see somebody jumping and shooting like he is doom, its cheat in 98.7 %''

    Most likely. 🥳

Edit: I must have read that wrong.. 😇

  • @drewblueeye333 @This has been something that piqued my interest in the past I did some digging into it and the results honestly shock me.

Im going to divide my 10¢ into three groups:

    Illicit Inputs

This class of cheating applies primarily to PlayStation and Xbox. What happens here can be divided into two sets.

MKB adaptors: There’s a reason MKB isn’t supported on consoles. This input device has large advantages, compared to controller, which are amplified on lower frame rates. These adaptors are used in violation of liscensing of the game to allow users to generate more inputs than could be done with a controller. The extra dexterity is a huge advantage.

StrikePack/Input Mods: These devices utilize pay-to-use software add-ons or cable splices to turn a legitimate controller into an automated system. This is the primary source of people who have unrealistically high accuracy and impossible fire rates and movement speeds. These controller mods alter signals to compensate for recoil automatically, tune movement, and enable full-auto semi-auto fire (hence why fire rates for such were capped recently and anvil receiver was removed)

    Modifications

This issue is most prevalent on PC, but contrary to popular belief does also exist on consoles. It’s not much of a surprise that a free game with a large player base will be broken by someone. Modified clients allow all sorts of ‘fun’ changes, like enhanced mini-maps or aimbots. On PC, getting caught will simply result in a new account, but on consoles, ANTI-CHEAT is kind of reliant on the device itself, which if jail-broken becomes quite potent.

    External Fiddling

The above class is very similar to this, the biggest difference is that this doesn’t deal with the game itself directly. If one copies the signal decryption methods of the game, all that data such as player locations can be fed into other programs. Then, these programs can generate things like mini-maps that display nearby players, or an alternate view-pane with wall-hacks, without directly affecting the game.

Each of these categories is counter-able to some degree, however there can never be a catch-all prevention method based solely off code. There are too many things beyond the reach of the game, such as routing details and hardware function calls, that simply cannot be monitored. The best solution is for human intervention. Our rational minds can identify dissimilar events very easily, and that can be employed to report illegitimate play.
