Random suspension overnight

Yesterday I've been playing apex for most of the day, I left the game running overnight in the main menu as I went to sleep.

Today I wake up and I see on my screen that my account has been suspended. I made a support ticket already, I checked my bans and it says it's a 7 day suspension.

I did not receive an email explaining why I was suspended. I was playing ranked alone and duos with my friend. I've never been banned before and I have no idea why I was banned.

I've checked all folders for an email, but nothing.

The support system says it can take up to 30 days for a response, but it's only a 7 day suspension, however I would still like to play the game in that time without having to make a new account.

It would be great if you could check what my ban was for or something so I at least know why. I did type in chat sometime and talked in voice chat, but I don't remember saying anything offensive in any case and even if I did.

Now, I understand that is offensive, however, it was a first time offense and I am not usually like that at all. I don't think it's fair to get banned for 7 DAYS from playing the game, for typing one offensive message in a chat that gets censored anyways.

7 days suspension for 1 message in chat is a bit of an overkill. Why not just mute my chat? Why not ban me for a day with a warning? What is this?

    1. Click Contact us at the top of any page on EA Help.
    2. Select the game that your account was banned or suspended from. If it’s on your whole EA Account, choose Origin.
    3. Choose your platform.
    4. Select Manage my account, then Banned or suspended account.
    5. Fill out any other details below.
      • For example, if you picked Origin, it might ask you if you are accessing the game through an Origin Access membership.
    6. Click Select contact option.
    7. Sign in to your account that has the ban or suspension, if you aren’t already.

    @Zreks You learned a valuable lesson here. Do not type anything into chat. People will report you in an instant. Be thankful the suspension is only 7 days and not permanent.
