Randomization options

I had an idea not long after the legend skin randomizer option was put in. How about an option to randomize weapon skins since we see those in game the most, so you can get a chance to use your favorite ones and maybe two different skins if you pick up two of the same weapon. You could even randomize the loading screens and music as well.
