Rank arenas point system

Im only getting +12 per win on Rank Arenas I'll drop over 2k damage 6-10kills n still get +12 but when i lose I'll get -30 thats almost 3 games of winning gone in just 1 lose we need a better rank system next season say i get 1500damge its +5 than if i get 2k+ damage thats a +8 n kills say i drop 5kills thats +5 or if i drop 6+kills thats +8 then if we win say instead of just +12 make it +25 that is way more rewarding for grinding rank then just +12 its ridiculous my friends started it with me 3 days ago i was plat4 n they was silver4 they are already almost D4 im still plat4! N we win n lose the same amount of games i actually have over 100wins n im still plat4 while they have about 80wins n they are plat2 an plat1 makes no sense n i have more kills n damage then them if you think we need a ranking system like this please please comment or like this we need a change in rank arenas like BR rank got a big point system buff

    This has been explained thousands of times already. You don't get AP based on your match performance, you get AP based on your MMR rating. If your MMR rating is maxed out you'll get 12AP, if its lower you'll get more.
