Currently, too many players are stacked in Bronze/Rookie.
Compared with season 12, the population ratio there has increased nearly 8 times.
If the matching system has not changed, current Rookie/Bronze players need to take on Silver 1 players who have Platinum 4 skill levels rated in season 12 according to the distribution (52-53% from the bottom), which requires more time for them to reach the Silver rank.
Basically, the concept of rank matches is to enjoy matching with players on a similar level and advancing your ranks.
In the current situation, lower-ranked players are required to battle middle-skilled players.
It takes more time for them to proceed through their ranks, Bronze players hardly win in rank matches, and their stressful time will last longer. I guess those who are in that situation will come to hate playing in rank matches.
In the end, the number of light users will decrease, newly starting players will be difficult to settle, and the trend of the APEX population will be spontaneously on the decline.
In my opinion, I don't think the current distribution is the best.
