Ranked freezing at countdown screen PS5

I am so sick of this glitch. The game connects, and when the countdown starts it is frozen. Can still talk to teammates, can still move my character according to my teammates (even though I can't see anything but the countdown screen). Happens 1 in every 4 or 5 games. Restarting the game doesn't let me rejoin, and I get hit with an abandon penalty if I try, can't unplug the internet because that doesn't help either. Respawn, fix your game, add a rejoin button, anything, just make this go away. Lost over 1000RP already this season and only played 40 games total. Doesn't help when my entry fee is for diamond and a penalty is about 122RP https://showbox.bio/
