Ranked ladder

hi I've been playing for years and when ranked ladder came out i played hear and there but just last ranked ladder i wanted to start to push for the 0/3 to get the trail but last ranked ladder i was top ranked champions and was top 7 and after ranked ladder ended i did have 1/3 now after update this ranked ladder it says 0/3 when it was 1/3 are y'all gonna fix the issue or not cuz i grinded my **bleep** off for that and now in back to square one cuz y'all keep screwing your game up.
