Re: 驳斥Apex对公平玩家的错误封禁声明 Refuting the Wrongful Bans on Fair Players by Apex

EA's anti-cheat has become more and more of a joke. Since October, a large number of ordinary players have been wrongly banned, and a significant portion of them cannot appeal their accounts no matter what. EA either arrogantly ignores players or just doesn't care, directly shutting down the manual appeal channel, making it impossible for players to appeal or submit any evidence in their favor. Ban appeal emails are always handled by automated scripts. For example, my account—with such poor game data—was actually deemed as enhanced gameplay and repeatedly flagged for abnormal data. This is EA cheat; it's completely a joke.

Even worse, around October 10, two pro players in China were banned, the most famous being [REMOVED], the 2025 EWC champion. This is the credibility of EA Apex's anti-cheat—worse than a pile of dog droppings on the street. The people who developed this anti-cheat system earn the highest salaries, receive the best promises from the company, yet have created the worst program—and the project leader cannot even detect this. It can be said that your anti-cheat system, from the person in charge to the actual developers, is a pile of dog droppings.

Edit: Removed player ID. Posting player IDs breaks our rule on "naming and shaming". -CM

In the past two days, Apex has experienced a large-scale wave of wrongful bans. Do you know about this?
May I ask, what use is the TOS team? The entire team operates like children playing house — relying on them is completely pointless. Submitting appeals is nothing more than feeding the AI and automated scripts.
The TOS team has completely lost the trust of players. They fail to ban cheating players in time and instead harm a large number of innocent players.
