Re: 1 week ban not ending

First off, let me start by saying welcome to EA’s “Answer HQ”.
Answer HQ isn't just an ordinary message board or support center. AHQ is a community-based support platform, so nobody here can give information about about Your ban. Only the TOS team can check that.

I can see You already contacted the TOS team: https://help.ea.com/en/help/account/information-about-banned-or-suspended-accounts

Now You have to wait. The TOS Team are very busy,  buy they will respond for sure. waiting time could be 3-4 weeks.

And again,  I am very sorry for your inconvenience.
I can understand your problem and I treat it like a serious matter. You just have to wait a bit longer.

    Hello @Mikimuster3  thanks for answer but it has been already 5weeks and still havent heard anything from them about the ban :/ could the wait time then be even longer

    You may want to double check your e-mail account that is connected with the game including junk mail etc. or maybe even check your other e-mail accounts just to be sure their reply did not land somewhere not intended or you did not think about etc.

    Sorry to hear you've been waiting so long to hear back about this.

    I am seeing a number of replies have been sent out first 3 and then 2 weeks ago, so it may be worth checking through any junk, trash, or spam folders to see if those have ended up there.

    We're not able to address or review any account actions on the forums but you're welcome to create a case here to speak with an advisor about the status of those appeals if you're unable to find the emails.
